Welcome to ADITO Consulting GmbH & Co. KG. By downloading, accessing, or playing our mobile games, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our games and services.

1. License & Permitted Use

ADITO Consulting GmbH & Co. KG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, install, and execute our games on compatible Android devices solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual artwork, game mechanics, animations, audio, character assets, logos, and branding belong exclusively to ADITO Consulting GmbH & Co. KG or its licensors and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract game code; (b) deploy automated bots, cheats, or memory injectors; (c) exploit unintended bugs for unfair advantage; or (d) interfere with multiplayer or leaderboard systems.

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

Any virtual goods, points, or currency acquired in-game are licensed, not owned, and have no monetary value outside the game. All transactions are billed securely through the Google Play Store and are governed by Google Play’s billing and refund policies.

5. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our mobile games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ADITO Consulting GmbH & Co. KG be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ADITO Consulting GmbH & Co. KG is officially registered.
